When all of us on the 1000 block of Galloway Street wanted to have a block party, Curt was there - secured the barricades so the kids could play safely. When we needed help for the safety of all who participated in the Run for Nuns, again, there he was. When there were days I didn't even know I needed a kind "hello" or smile, Curt was there, too. God must have needed Curt an awful lot, because I can't think of anyone who didn't need his kindness and goodness down here. Curt, I promise, we will look after Melody and the kids.
