Curt was my FTO from March of 2001 to July 2001. Curt taught me how to be a Police Officer and how to do handle everything that this job may throw at you. He had an unbelievable drive that I try to emulate but have never even come close to his level. After the years went by, I often think back to our time working district 2 everyday together for four months and laugh about all of the good times and overtime we had together. Since then Curt has always been there for me as my former FTO, Sgt. And friend. He always said he had never been in so many fights while training me. This was because I was 6’5” and 275 lbs. and suspects would choose him over me. I think he liked it though. Curt I will miss you and will never forget what you have taught me. I love you sir.
