When Curt came into my life, he became the brother I had always wanted. When he joined the police force, he became a role model and a hero to me. I will never be able to adequately describe the impact he has had on my life just as I cannot fathom the depth of the grief I am feeling without having him around. The combination of strength and gentleness that came so naturally to him was something for which I will always have the greatest admiration.
